What are the Eligible Professional Services under the PROS Life Agent E&O Program?
You are eligible if you perform any of the following:

The Sale Or Servicing Of:

• Life insurance
• Accident and sickness insurance
• Disability income insurance
• indexed annuities fixed annuities
• Guaranteed Investment Certificates
• Variable insurance products, including but not limited to variable annuities, flexible and scheduled premium annuities and variable life insurance

The Sale Of:

• Registered Retirement Income Funds
• Registered Retirement Savings Plans
• Registered Education Savings Plans
• Registered Disability Savings Plans and Tax-Free Savings Accounts (the sale of such Funds, Plans and Savings Accounts only) Financial planning, advice and consultation solely in connection with any of the products listed above.

Eligible Provinces:

• All Canadian provinces except Quebec.

Coverage Limits:

• $1,000,000 per claim /$1,000,000 aggregate
• $1,000,000 per claim /$2,000,000 aggregate
• $2,000,000 per claim /$2,000,000 aggregate
